A properly filled out warranty card by a Rolex AD with the Date, ADs name and the customers name INTACT AND UNALTERED, satisfies the requirement for Rolex to perform warranty service.

You may encounter places that ask for a receipt or have other unpublished issues with service for a variety of reasons but these would be unique situations.

To clarify, The original sale of the watch must be from an AD but a subsequent resale is bound by no such agreement.

They will service it AND take your $750 no questions asked.

We are talking about warranty work free of charge to the watch owner here.

While I'm fine with repeat questions in a forum, this one gets asked so often I can't help but suggest even a little Googling before asking a question that others might also reasonably have asked.

I had no trouble getting my GMT from DavidSW regulated under warranty. I am not the name on the warranty card.

.
what would we do otherwise? I suspect there is one truly new thread a day, if that

everything else is the same topics worded slightly differently over and over again

BTW, is the BLNR discontinued? I was going to start a thread on that as i wasn't sure

That’s when a “gift receipt” is useful.
