Can anybody identify the model number of this Patek?

Can anybody tell me anything about this watch? Model number or even which family of Pateks it’s from? It’s from around 1980

Not sure but if you're considering this watch, always buy the seller. Not giving the papers, specific reference number, movement calibre, ect. It is a clear sign that proceed with caution if any at all.

Looks like a fake, made to look like a Cartier Tank, the crown even has the Cartier Crown Jewel and the Swiss mark at the 6 mark (all hallmarks of Cartier), but yet this is suppose to be a Patek?

Figured it out. It’s a Patek gondolo with an aftermarket Cartier crown
