Need info on Rolex 1500 Please

Hello, I am debating which type/color of leather strap goes well with this Rolex 1500. I prefer leather straps and in a dilemma considering I have never owned a white faced watch before with Gold hands and markers. The watch is a Rolex 1500. I will provide pictures below and would love thoughts on the watch and its originality as well as strap choice. My Vintage Omega has a golden brown lizard grain and Oris Artelier moon has a Duke black Alligator, both are from Hirsch. I am picking this watch up on Monday so if you happen to see anything odd about the watch in general please let me know. This will be my mostly go to watch for days and nights with slight rotation for my Omega/Oris. The few pictures will be attached due to me not knowing how to show them in the post (new to the TRF).
Thanks in advance and I'm excited to hear everyone's thoughts on the watch.
Ross

Thoughts please , it’s marked as a silver dial and either my gamma, color, or eyesight makes it appear closer to white. Also does everything match for the time period and look right ?

A leather strap will look fine. Choose one that matches your personal taste.

Does the watch appear to be accurate from what’s provided or to hard to tell ?

Try a brown Horween strap on this 34mm case. It will look better than the 'perlon' in my honest opinion.

I'm a huge fan of FormFunctionForm straps for vintage watches. I've been wearing the same one's for about 4 years now and theyre holding up suprisingly well.

Can any experienced vintage enthusiast or watchmaker tell me if Rolex made models with gold markers on a SS 1500 for this time period?
Thanks

Thank you so much for the quick response . Beautiful watch! I’ve seen variations of SS bezel with gold markers/hands but was told “Rolex wouldn’t put gold markers on a SS watch with a SS bezel.” So although searching and seeing some 1500’s from this time period being all SS and having gold markers on certified pre owned sites, I just want to be 100% certain it is correct.
Much appreciated
