Diggin up this old thread but I'm wondering, isn't the salmon dial of yours a service dial?
It has large A and P "Audemars Piguet", shouldn't it say "audemars piguet".

It would be weird to have a variation in the dial with such a limited production number no?

There's not much written about the 14802, I love them as well.

Unfortunately I’m not the first owner. I kept this royal oak very long in my collection and I doubt it is service dial. I have seen other example of jubilee with this font.

Each of the 14802 jubilee has serial number engraved at the rotor to mark limited run of 1000 piece. I have full box ( jubilee box) and documentation.
