Up for sale a Panerai Luminor Marina PAM049 (OP6529, B serial, circa 1999). This is the smallest of the PAMs, at 40mm. It is the perfect size for normal and smaller wrists ;) Or people who do not like huge PAMs!

It comes in a 3rd party watch box and with service/overhaul card from independent watchmaker in Italy (April 2013). Also includes a new dark brown leather strap (3rd party) with the original Panerai double deployment clasp (polished; period correct).

This PAM features a 40mm polished case and bezel, white dial, center hour and minute hands, subdial small seconds at 9, and date window at 3.

Please note this is the ONLY year and serial when PAM049 was produced with a polished steel case and bezel. From 2000 onward (until today), it has been produced with a brushed steel case and polished bezel.

The watch is in pristine condition. Crystal and dial are flawless. Case is near perfect: just a few scratches (barely visible) from normal wear that can be polished away if you want to make it look like new. Rubber band and leather strap are both new. The most recent service was done in April 2013.
