My only all gold. A 1959 thunderbird 6609. What bracelet supposed to be fitted? 7206 or 6251?

Can someone educate me on the dial - is it a service dial? I don't remember seeing SCOC dials on 1030s.

It has a SWISS printed on the dial, not T SWISS T with 1065 movement, not 1030. I think it is correct period to the watch. The interesting part is it is a matte with a bit of glossy and gilt lettering. I don't know if this dial exist on that period. What do you think?
