Micro adjust holes in an Oyster clasp

There are 3 settings in the clasp. I am talking about the clasps on the GMT2Cs, Daytonas and etc.

How far apart are they in mm?

Is it 2mm or 2.5mm?

Could some expert clarify on this?

Thanks in advance.

Not an expert.....my understanding is the settings are 3mm apart. Letting out the easylink then gives you a 5mm extension.
