New Brown Dial Daytona Sans Arabics

In Everose on an Oysterflex.

Saw this while bumping around IG today. Can’t remember where from but was able to pull this up on the Rolex.com configurator.

So much cleaner without the numerals and can now go swimming since they ditched the leather strap.

Was this a quiet 2019 release? Or am I late to the game?

Yes was a quiet little update, I didn’t realise they ditched the leather strap though? I thought they came with oyster flex and leather

This was a quiet 2019 release. It was mentioned briefly in a couple places, but with little fanfare. It's one of the best watches that came out of Basel this year IMO.

In 10 years brown will be a distant memory

Buy something less trendy, IMO

At least with this option you can install a leather strap if you like. I believe on the previous model, the end links were unique making a strap swap not very easy.

I’ve never loved the chocolate because the dial is so busy with the numbers. This is a big improvement.

I like it but not as much as the other dials. To me it would is better on full rose gold.

Much cleaner and nicer looking with the stick dial!

Beautiful. It will look much better than the old dial with the Arabics.

I had the older model. Strap changes were easy

Endlinks are the same. The clasp on the new OF models is different however.

Anyone know if the new version is perhaps also a tad lighter brown? Seen the old arabic version quit often in the flesh but with anything but bright light the dial was just too dark !

The end links are part of the case and lug and can't be removed so you can't out normal after market strap on it unless the after market is designed specifically for the endlink

The full PM Daytona bracelets come off like normal but the PM daytonas with OF have the built in end link

That’s what I remembered reading but I’ve never handled the piece personally so wasn’t sure.
