Portugal Spain & France

I will be travelling to Portugal, Spain and France next month month. I will be in Lisbon, Barcelona, Bordeaux, Paris and some smaller cities along the way. I am looking for a SS SkyDweller (me and everyone else). Based on everything I have read on this Forum, Paris seems like it it absolutely impossible to find anything. Does anyone have any suggestions based on where I am going. Thanks

Other than looking in ever store you drive past I don’t have any suggestions. Unfortunately Jedi mind tricks won’t work so I wouldn’t hold your breath on finding a SS Sky Dweller in any ADs...anywhere. Sorry.

If you find an AD in a seasonal resort type location you could get lucky. I found my TT CHNR in Sardinia last summer sitting in the window. Since they are only open half the year, they don’t maintain wait lists and just put out whatever stock they get. Maybe you find something like that along the way. Best of luck!

Barcelona is my second favourite city. It has everything except for sports Rolex so don’t waste your time looking.

The situation in Europe is generally the same as the US.

Last time I was in the AD in Lisbon, they had only ever had 1 SS Skydweller.

I spend my time between the UK, Spain and France. In general availability is better in Spain, but outside of Barcelona and Madrid. It may be worth calling some of the AD's south of Barca, or even Girona, and hour or so north where you might get a nice surprise. In general Spain tends not to have wait lists and will sell popular models without a buying history. Good luck and wishing you a safe and enjoyable trip.

Portugal has the same shortage, been there a couple of times and no luck. Last year they complimented my GMT LN lol, since it was so hard to get.

Being from Portugal I dont think you get what you want... even in Braga, a small city in the North of the country, there are no SS models (the ones most wanted, of course).
But you can allways try... who knows if you dont catch a freshly arrived to the AD.
One thing I can tell you: you'll get plenty of sun and good weather here.
Have a nice trip.

Yeah, You won't find anything in Barcelona unfortunately :(
However, look out for pick pockets!
I nearly had my Panerai stolen (thankfully i hate people touching me so felt it straight away)
Another member here had his Batman stolen off his wrist recently :(

I am from Barcelona, it is impossible to find a desired SS if you are not a good customer for years, now they do not make more lists, it is the same wherever you go everywhere there is a scarcity. and the subject of robberies is no more than there might be in other countries, thieves are everywhere. Barcelona is a safe city, you just have to be careful as in all the big cities.
