My explorer II has gone to a good home.

A few weeks ago, I acquired my polar exp II, but it just didn’t feel right. I loved the watch and it was a perfect addition for me. I couldn’t wait to give it some solid wrist time, but something was nagging me. My cousin, best friend, has always lusted after a polar explorer, but for some reason, he never went through with it. I decided that it was time for this to happen for him. I drove up over the weekend to finally have him acquire his lusted grail. We sized it up for the perfect fit and now he has pure happiness on his wrist. I couldn’t be happier. It is now his polar explorer II. As a side note, he gave me a watch I have been wanting for awhile too. Two happy friends.

We did trade watches, but this was more of a gift for him. I loved the polar, but I wanted him to finally have his first Rolex.

So nice of you!
But a Rolex for an Omega? Ok, why not.

That white dial is specialllllll, I too traded it, it's kinda hard to use it as a daily!

I guess I may have worded the post wrong, but this was a gift for him. I didn’t expect a watch in return. He knew I had an interest in the railmaster and gave it to me.

Friends are worth more than money or watches, I gave my best friend my first quality watch (Tag 1000) when I got my first Rolex

Thank you everyone. Don’t get me wrong, I love the explorer, but I felt it was his time to enjoy. I might have to pick up a black one to have similar watches with each other.
