I was a little apprehensive at the release of this model... Your photos have changed my opinion! Congrats on your acquisition!

I am amazed that it has come 3 weeks after Basel and amazed that it's been 3 weeks since Basel already. Time flies!
Enjoy your watch!! I think if you put it on NATO it might be tighter on your wrist and look less large.

Thank you, everyone! To answer some questions:

@Madman37,
Good question - from my past experience, I've received both Tudor and Rolex at the same time (i.e. brand new from that year's Baselworld).
Although, like Tha Baron mentioned, this Black Bay Bronze is quite similar to the previous one - major differences are the bezel and dial.

@Ken B, crazycarlitos, 037,
It IS a big watch! My wrist is 6.5".
Normally the largest I would wear is 42mm (Pelagos).

@ Bellybumper,
Absolutely - the bronze will patina over time but the effect is unique to each watch. I don't see why bronze would be an issue in terms of regular durability or reliability for daily wear. :)

@365DAS,
That's awesome!

@kwingy,
That is a great suggestion and will look into it. P.S. the Tudor strap is amazing!

Now that looks super! The brown dial/bezel never did it for me. This one hits all the buttons.

Huge congrats on the stunning watch! They arrived last week in London. Also this week there was a price increase on existing Bronze models to £2900 from £2860. The slate grey enters at £2910 however it only comes either with the nubuck leather strap or fabric strap. Enjoy the stunning watch in the best of health!

popped in to my AD this pm to check on an order and he had one of these in his hands

tried it on and it is a lovely piece so much nicer than the brown dial

seemed smaller on the wrist than the stats suggest

very tempted but I already have 2 black bays so declined

another one tudor have nailed in my view if you are tempted you will not be disappointed

PS he told me there have been plenty of orders for the P O1 as well which surprised me a bit and that BB58 should be about a lot soon as the pre orders have been filled
