Yes, there are 2 different bezel variants on the 126710 BLRO. From introduction (May 2018) until somewhere near the end of the year. Earlier bezel colors are a tad bit lighter, 2nd gen slightly darker / richer.
Not aware of any changes with the LV bezel since it's introduction.

Unlike Pepsi Mk1 or Mk2, Hulk has MkX version. That 'X' will depend on which lighting you see the green bezel! Under Sun, it might be Mk1 but indoors it might be Mk2

There's a thread on here with pictures showing differences. I saw enough proof for me in person at WISCON in Las Vegas last weekend by comparing two Pepsi which were received 5 months apart in 2018 in the same light at a Rolex AD.
