Air King 116900 Waitlist
Hi all,
Currently in the market for an 116900 Air King. How hard is it to obtain one from an AD without any past history? It's virtually impossible here in Australia? Is it any different in other parts of the world? |

Not familiar with supply in Australia (aside from hearing on TRF how bad it is these days). At least in my part of the US, the AK is one of very few SS professional models you can regularly count on seeing in a display case during a casual walk-in visit to an AD. Can't say I've always noted seeing one recently, but they're usually there.

Not a super popular model so I imagine there would be no waiting list.
Try sourcing it from a trusted seller. DavidSW have 3 currently. |

Always available where I’m at. The AD’s say they can’t move them.

Try J Farren Price. I had an excellent experience there. Had to wait a couple of months for my OP39, but their service cannot be faulted.

AK's are easy to spot. EXP1/2 are the same. The most common watch that's nearly in 100% of all display cases is the 116680 (YM2).
