Thanks, Burlington. If I'm lucky to buy a watch that I like, in stock and most of all, can afford, I'm not going to be taking it home with me on the day. We'll be going for a celebratory drink or several and I don't fancy carrying it around with me.

Yep, all brands you mention do discounts. Luxury = Massive Markup. Many luxury products have a discount factored into the price. Product demand fluctuates so sales needs a way to lure a buyer into buying.

A few years ago virtually any Rolex could be had for 15-30% off easily. Now, they are hot so a discount may be more difficult but everyone should ask.
