what is?

What is the "SS daytona" counter part of Panerai? Is there a Panerai "holy grail"? and why is it the ultimate panerai?

Attainable or not? If not then true vintage like 6152 if modern like 203 or 21.

That's very hard decision. But for me, I will go for 233 first, since you already got Daytona tt.

There are MANY very hard pieces to get from Panerai. Panerai is so much smaller than Rolex. Some of their productions runs are less than 50 watches. There are MANY MANY watches that everyone would like, but can't get.

026 - PVD Destro Marina
292 - Ceramic Black Seal
249 - 47mm Cali Dial
341 - 60mm Collector's piece
021 - 47mm Plat Rolex Base (60 made in '97)

There is really no equivalent over time. Right now the most equivalent would be the 292 as it is a current production model that Panerai is having trouble making enough of and the demand (and secondary market) is very high.
