Recent pick up

Have a fairly full Rolex stable and trying to avoid the must have anxiety associated with that brand I have been looking back at my enjoyment of Panerai.
This piece has a ceramic (zirconium oxide) case which is exquisite in appearance. Perfect condition, full set for a amazing price from DSW. There are non Rolex options out there. Still love Rolex but we do have many choices which reduce the whining about lack of stock, at least for me. Have a nice day.

Very nice. I'm a fan of these as well. Haven't taken the plunge on a Panerai but definitely would if I encountered the right piece.

The Radiomir are my favorite Panerai watches. Love that sandwich dial!

Thx folks. I am enjoying this on the wrist. Funny thing is I had the same watch and traded it in for my first Rolex about 6 years ago. Traded it in for a Sub C Date. At that time an even trade. How things have changed!

Funny, I also traded a Panerai for my first Rolex maybe 8 years ago, even trade as well.

Congrats.

I like the Panerai with a blue dial, but they always seem to be sold at a premium, much more than any other colour. Anyone know the reason for this?

That’s a real beauty! I completely share your sentiment regarding Rolex. As a result, I have been looking at Panerai more closely recently, having admired it from afar in the past. I will be picking up my first piece tomorrow. I am so giddy with excitement. Incoming pics soon.

When there are so many posts about the frustration over lack of availability for many Rolex models I was really posting that there are in fact many decent options at very strong value levels.

Congrats, my last PAM was a Radiomir 425. I've wanted a plexi 372 since they came out, will get one someday.

I had been thinking of a 425 and ended up with a 424 three months ago. The detailing is very nice. I went with the 424 because of the “California” dial that was first used on a Rolex watch. So unique.
