OCD crown question...

When the crown on my SD is screwed in, the Rolex crown points at about 11 o'clock. Is it supposed to be straight up when it's screwed in all the way?

Does this question even make sense?

I don't think there's anything wrong with the watch..., I just want to make sure I don't have it partially screwed in.... I do wash my hands with it on

It's rare for it to line up upright. It all depends how the crown-stem was threaded into the case back in the factory.

Well Jen, one would think that Rolex would have this sorted but no, the crown alignment is completely random.

Alignment is totally random, it cannot be rectified so do not try to.

Yes it is random, and being as OCD as I am, I even inquired in a post about getting that 'minor' imperfection righted....which can be done, but is it worth it? No.

Same problem I think, Frostie. With OMEGA, I know for certain that the few screw-down models I've owned, the OMEGA horse-shoe logo has NEVER aligned straight up.
