AD at the Oculus NYC
Strolling through the Oculus today and thought I’d pop into London Jewelers for a peek. Interested in a TT Daytona and they had one a couple months back so figured I’d check what they have now. Disappointing is an understatement. Salesperson told me that all Daytona models are hard to get now (even Platona) which isn’t quite true as my local AD said they can source one no problem with a deposit. More surprising was their selection of models was as poor as I’ve seen anywhere. Hardly had DJs either of any size. Walked out of there thinking what was the point of this AD existing for Rolex. Just reinforces my thinking about not buying from ADs at all in future.

I've been to that London Jewelers multiple times in the Oculus. There are better places to buy. Are you ever out in NJ?

Yeah I actually live in northern NJ too!! I’ve got 2 ADs with 10miles and they can both order one so no problem there. Was just surprised an AD in NYC with so much foot traffic has such a poor selection!!
