Vintage Rolex Precision

Hey guys, is there anything you guys can tell me about this watch?

A friend’s mom bought it and sent him pictures. He is asking me if I know anything about the watch, but I don’t know much other than it is vintage, so I figured I would post it in the vintage section and ask the experts.

Do you guys know the reference number for example?

Anything you can tell me would be beneficial, I’ll just pass the knowledge to my friend.

That’s exactly what I told my friend, but his
mom has the watch out of town and doesn’t want to mess with it :/
