DD2 for me. I wear them as a sports watch. I also prefer the dial choices of the DD2 over the 40.

I'm no help on advising on the DDll as I've never been able to try one on for myself (7"wrist) I do love my DJ41 though. I however recently tried on a DD40 at my ADs and it looked and felt superb. Happy Choosing !

I would vote 40, I am do not have the privilege of owning either piece but have been able to try both on and the DDII is a little off. I am entering the thread because I happen to have a useful picture. I felt like a Saudi prince. Haha

I have a RG DD40 green dial and just happened to find a YG DDII black face and Gold Roman numerals. I do like them both but will be wearing the DDII as a daily. I love the look of larger watches and the DDII is really a pig.
