Datejust 41 vs Explorer 39.

Someone with a Datejust 41 and a 39mm Explorer could send a photo to compare the size?
I know the Datejust is really close to 39mm and I would like to check it with photos of both together.

My main point of interest here is the lug to lug measurement of each. I’d like to know that once and for all.

They look pretty close, but the DJ41 feels a little bigger on the wrist to me.

It looks like the Datejust is a little bigger, not much but bigger.
Thank you

Hello, I’m new!
I own a 214270 (2) and I’m thinking about a swap with a new DJ 36 or 41 (126200/126300), smooth bezel, oyster bracelet, black or blue dial.
Your advice?
Thanks a lot

Depends on the size of your wrist. If your doll is not too big, the DJ 36mm is very comfortable and classic size.

I have a DJ 36 and it looks perfect, but I had doubts about the size of the DJ 41 and the Explorer.

Per Watchbox the watches are virtually identical in lug to lug measurement.

Here's when I was trying to decide on the Explorer 1 or DJ41. I went DJ41 in the end as I could find it in an AD.

1st pix with Explorer 1 Mk1 and 2nd with Explorer Mk2

P.S. I have a 6.5" wrist.
