I was lucky; my AD offered me significant discount, right around 20% , when I committed to it yesterday.

Now buy a lottery ticket.
Your AD could’ve sold it at MSRP to the waitlist

There is a reason they can be had with a slight discount, and a reason they are selling grey for basically retail. Just because you haven’t seen one in your area doesn’t mean they can’t easily be found

Doubtful since they are selling at a premium on grey. DavidSw has/had one for like 5k over retail recently.

If it is the WG OF, I'm guessing it's marked up and then being discounted down. I could be wrong but don't ADs in Dubai mark it up?

If you know of any available in your area you should post it on here. It will get purchased right away. SA and TRFer will both benefit!

Do you know what's different about the new clasp?

Was on the 116519LN / WG on OF. Was not purchased from my Dubai AD - was from my AD in the United States, with an existing relationship.

AD's in Dubai do pump it up a bit in my experience- They offered me a price of USD 30,500 equivalent.

I believe that the newer style clasp will be the same as on the new WG YM42 - mini Glidelock instead of the Easylink. I have messaged my SA at my AD to ask if she's heard anything as well (but I could see this happening).

Thanks, I’d love the smaller glidelock on this watch. If not the easylink is just fine.
