Chapter Ring

What year/series did they start the Rolex-Rolex inscription on the chapter ring?

Yes, different watches got them at different times. The only watch that I know of that still doesn't have the engraved rehaut is the SD.

It appeared on the rehaute first on the TOG, D series.

An AD, two days ago, showed me a Z Air King without the
Rolex-Rolex-Rolex, visible serial number, or COSC label.

It looked nicely uncluttered with the Precision label, but I'd
want the serial number visible.

The watch had the smaller case, just before Rolex beefed up the case and widened the lugs. There also appeared a bracelet difference between this '06 and a current model.
