Does putting a fluted bezel on a DJ that wasn’t available with it count as a “MOD”?

The only mods I’ve done is swap out Oyster bracelet for Super Jubliee and Oysterflex. Both were sourced via sellers here on the forum. Jubilee bracelets aren’t so rare (unfortunately prices have gone up in past couple years, like everything else Rolex) but the OF took a LOT of work hunting down.

I also bought a clear case back I want to have installed soon via http://customwatchconcepts.com/
