not to sure about us prices.
in uk have seen these trading between £2850 and £3250 this week.
prices seem do be increasing weekly.
also speculation of new gmt ceramic bein launched this year with pepsi bezel

i haven't heard back from the seller since I asked him for a picture of the watch and movement with a sheet of paper w/ his name + date on it in the picture. Thanks for the help everyone. I'll pass.

That is a little too cheap for a fairly recent GMTII. Especially in the US. If you are interested in one, I just came back from this little watch store near my office and I saw one for 4.6M Korean Won. This will be equivalent to the same price in US. I was happy to see it and tried it on, but it wasn't to my liking. Maybe someone like you would appreciate it?
