This type of consumer is driving the demand of Rolex, kudos to Rolex.

It would be a hot bed for potential crime.

Well I guess I should break the news gently...sorry but your idea is over 10 years too late. I’ll tell what I know - and Mods: if this is against the rules, feel free to delete my post - I know divulging Rolex secrets could be considered espionage. Here goes... In early-2000, a bright intern in Geneva figured out that Disney World was making more money selling junk and fizzy sugar water than Rolex did making a million watches each year. Then the deep staff at HQ (aka: skunkworks) began a project with NASA to transform the idea of a Rolex theme park to a new level. Fast Forward a few years and NASA was over budget on the New Horizons interplanetary space probe. Desperate to launch they cut a deal to embed a tiny Rolex module into the probe in exchange for an undisclosed 9 figure sum. At the same time a still-secret project that I can’t disclose was undertaken with an unnamed launch partner for deep space transport of crews and guests. Now it gets interesting. Buried deep inside that probe is the Rolex module. It was set to scan for an other-world site for Rolexium Orbis. A few more years go by... Courtesy of a fly-by over Neptune, Rolex discovered the precise color for platinum model dials... And they found it’s just the place for their new park - a place where it rains diamonds... And the skies are not cloudy all day... Just take a left past Neptune and you’re there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Omg....i generally find 99% of rolex wearers in the wild are not my sort of people so the idea of holidaying with them doesn’t appeal....if they where genuine watch enthusiasts maybe...and what a security problem this resort would be

Why would anyone think a watch maker can run a resort? Do you think the sort of person who would go to such a resort would be an easy customer to please? I'm sure Rolex would jump at such an opportunity, and to make its favorite Dudes happy. You know, like they do with their watches. |
