I like the Yachtmaster myself.

Go for it. I may get a blue one in the future after I finally get a NOdate Sub (Once the frenzy passes).

Looks great! As others have said, if you are buying retail, get the one with the new movement. The one in the photo is the older reference. Nothing wrong with the 3135 though.

Classy watch for sure. I was considering a YM before I pulled the trigger on my GMT. Still considering a YM for next year however.

It’s beautiful. The blue with red really pops.
Go for it.

That one is 3135, you can tell by the absence of the Rolex crown between Swiss Made on the dial. Also, the new movements haven’t showed up in US watches yet. I’m seeing the Blue dials now at every AD I visit.

This is really a beautiful watch. I have the Rhodium, and the pop of blue in the dial is awesome. I have worn mine in rotation for over a year, and the bezel looks brand new. It is truly a special watch. I do not think you will be disappointed.

Thanks a lot for your advice I went in yesterday to the AD and tried on the watch again ....
looks stunning but too close looking to my Sky D in blue and my DJ also in blue ...
so I passed on it ....
AD has promised me another watch.... with Blue and Red on the Bezel 😄 in the next 4 months!!

After weeks of searching for the right one, my wife and I yesterday purchased our first boat. My wife said to me last night "I suppose you will be buying another Rolex to go with the boat", this thread has definitely got me thinking that might be an exceptionally good idea.

I prefer the rhodium dial with blue accents, but the blue dial is still a solid choice.
