Tudor BB GMT

I walked into my AD to just have a look around, and after seeing the sad state of the Rolex display I walked over to peek at the Tudors, jokingly I asked about the GMT, half expecting them to not have any.

Unsurprisingly, the salesman mentioned they were all out, and the manager came over and informed me they actually had one in the safe. So they brought it over and I picked it up without hesitation.

Although I’ve heard a lot of issues with the date change complication, and having already owned one that I returned from a gray market dealer because of this issue- I’m hoping Tudor was able to iron out the kinks.

They told me this was the second GMT they’ve gotten in almost 6 months. I was pretty surprised.

How could I say no to this GMT at MSRP???

I recently looked at some of the Tudor offerings and was pleasantly surprised how nice they are at that price point. Was especially surprised on the weight and feel of them, definitely worth considering

Congrats! On the road and wearing mine. It’s hogged most of the wrist time since I bought it in March. No date issue, amazing timekeeping, and a looker to boot.

I had a similar experience, went to the AD to put in my obligatory appearance and they had a Tudor GMT which the guy "on the list" turned down. I bought it right away. You will love it.

Do you wear yours on a leather strap or nato?

Thinking about getting a leather strap for mine.

I bought my BB GMT from a second hand retailer in the South East United States. I paid slightly over MSRP but the trade I did was valued fairly, there was no wait and the overall experience was amazing. It has been on my wrist for the large majority of the time since I received it.

I bought mine on the OEM leather which is an amazing strap with a great clasp. I have also purchased a Toxic NATO strap, an Everest blue rubber strap, and a Strapco Oyster bracelet. The watch had spent equal time on the leather and rubber but since getting the bracelet it is on that all the time.

I love the watch and can see me thinning the collection.

I'm excited to see how this watch ages, especially the aluminum bezel

Picked one up in Prague last week. Was in the window; they had just put it out. Planning to get a RubberB for it soon.

Bought mine on leather, which I plan on using this winter. Installed a Bonetto Cinturini rubber w/ custom end links which I really enjoyed. Also love the amazingly comfortable Bonetto Cinturini rubber nato. Then bought a rivet bracelet where it’s remained ever since.

Due to the file size limit on TRF, I can provide no pics.

Congrats! I almost had a years worth of hassle free ownership of my GMT then it developed the dreaded date window issue, its currently at the RSC.

I did not have mine long enough to notice the date wheel issue; however, right out of the gate it was losing about 13 seconds per day. I sent it in through my A.D. and after three months I finally received it back (several weeks ago). It has worked flawlessly. It loses less than one second every four days.

I really like this watch. Mine is w bracelet. I wear it each day (and night-i sleep with a watch) unless I am wearing more dressy attire and then i wear my 36” explorer, which i love too (present from wife 20 years ago) My 5 digit pepsi and sub date are not getting much love these days even though they know i love them.

Great pickup, and on bracelet too! Don't worry about the date window issue. Worst case scenario, it happens and you send it in for a few weeks and it's taken care of. Yeah a PITA but not that big of a deal. Nine months into mine and no issue (knock on wood). It is a fantastic watch. I'm holding onto mine

I sent mine in two months ago to fix the date window issue....and still have not got it back yet. I called my Rolex AD and they said Rolex will ship it out when they have a big shipment to include it with. It could take a lot longer and I will just have to wait. Bummer.
