I notice you have the air, land and sea plus this. Others are (probably) 6 digit models two out of three certainly are. How about selling something you don't want for something you do, I don't think it can be respectfully modded into something you will wear.
Two ideas, put the cash from the sale into either a vintage day-date or if your feeling left field a Cellini Prince. If you'll only do new you have to stump up slot more money for the DD or go for a HH dress watch, I wouldn't go for a new Cellini when the trinity have better options for the same money ish.

Maybe replace the dial. Some other dial will make it feel different.

So what's the step to add a fluted to a datejust? Can it be done easily like bracelets changing with a tool?
