Bought numerous times from Wempe and browsed there a lot. It is a first class operation. It is a shame someone can go into a business one time and in their view have a bad experience and post negatively on the internet. Thankfully, so many spoke warmly of this great store. There is nothing they will not do if it is within their means to do so. Sadly, they and other ADs cannot magically make SS Rolex and PP sports watches appear out of thin air. This makes a lot folks angry.

I’ve been there 4-5 times when I visited NYC. I’ve always been treated with respect even though I was only browsing.

i'm biased when i say this but is the best AD in NYC because it is my one and only AD.

I have gotten everything I ever wanted/asked from Wempe.

I hate some ADs sales rep, where there's like 2 or 3 people STALKING you literally. you walk they walk. you stop they stop. i HATE that.

Just leave me alone and if i have a question i will ask for assistance....

I’m a New Yorker. When I walked into any store, I don’t like to be bothered by salespeople. If I’m interested in seeing something, I ll asked the sales clerk.

It’s not unusual to see people buying PM with cash in the Rolex store. I’ve always had a good experience and have purchased numerous watches there.
