The pic isn’t hi resolution. Are you able to post better hi quality pics. As many as possible would be best. It looks relumed from this pic at least.

Hi Jaibor,
Better photos with high res shots of the lumes, hands as well as engravings will help better. From this photo nothing very definitive can be derived. Well at least for my eyes.

Rather than ask for advice here, just buy from a trusted vintage dealer. Vintage for newbies is dangerous. Good luck!
