One AD, She sends me pictures to my cell of every new watch they get in I might be interested in. I stop in weekly to say hello since I'd rather build one great relationship then multiple blah ones.

I was making a joke. The way you wrote it made it sound like he was selling you to a customer...

Taylor Swift just released a song about her love for her AD for the last three years. That's how to stay in their good books.

I stick with my Rolex AD as I have been buying from them for 32 years. Can't teach an old dawg new tricks.

For anything not Rolex, though - - I will go anywhere, no loyalty.

Not many options here in India plus vips and politicians always have the upper hand. It’s Moreno if a power game . I have stuck to one AD tho but it’s been more than a year and I haven’t heard “yes” for anything I want , not even talking about SS models here.

Over time, I have attempted to work with a number of dealers in my area (there are plenty). I have gotten all different levels of service (and lip service) from them.

There is one dealer who has continuously made efforts to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed. They are knowledgeable, honest and happy to talk watches when I pop in. What more can you ask for?

My .02... The market is nuts right now and if you choose to go the AD route, pick one that you like. You may wait a bit longer but I feel that it truly makes the buying process more enjoyable.

I deal with 2 different AD that I have strong relationships with. They both know of each other and understand that who ever gets the watch I will get it without any hard feelings. They both have my wish list and if I want something else I will send both a picture and the reference of what I am interested.

I only wait for my wife and son. If another AD has the watch you want and the original is playing games buy from the other.

Worst AD is in Glendale CA, called Bhindi Jewelers. So annoyed with them. I bought a few pieces from them. Kicker is I put my name on that stupid list same day the Daytona was announced. I always telling me I’m next and blah blah blah.
