If the 15400 feels big you might find a lightly used 15300 that would be a better fit. And don't worry about robustness - the people who actual own them can vouch for that.

Maybe the 15400 for dress and sport and grab the Daytona SS for more casual and rugged situations. Both are staples for their respective brands.

after trying both on at a recent GTG (albeit a short time for each on the wrist) I bought a SS Daytona. Both wear very different and for me, the Daytona was the better fit on my wrist.

I think the AP would add more variety to your collection, but the Daytona appears to fit you better

Hmm, I can get both at great price, Daytona holds better, thinking Daytona now, enjoy the AP further down the road. Maybe sell the DSOTM get the AP and then add Daytona sooner

Daytona wears too small, is difficult to read and you already have a chronograph.

116520 vs the 15300st on the other hand is a deadlock and comes down to what features you like better from each watch.
