Exactly thats all any Rolex needs plus say a manual wind once a week or so even if worn regular to keep power reserve at peak.If not worn just let it stop then when needed wind set and go,but if any watch is stored then a small wind say once a month or so just to start the movement.

Wear, wash with soap and water when needed and don't fix it until it breaks.

The brand is LaSonic. I don't recall where I bought it, possibly WalMart, for around $30. I don't necessarily recommend it but do think it does an adequate job. Here's a link to the model I have: http://connoisseurs.com/jewelry_care..._twin_tank.php

About once a month I use my pipe wrench to check caseback and crown tightness.

In addition to regular soapy bath, I carry a microfibre cloth (from jeweller) in my phone case, I like shiny crystals.

The toothpaste is killing me. Just use a mild hand soap, tooth paste gets into the cracks and can't be good for the brushed finishes.

My maintenance comes down to wearing it. I don't even wash them unless I'm in the water swimming, then I rinse them off and go back to wearing. It's a watch not the mona lisa

Twice a year, I break down the bracelet and give it a good ultrasonic cleaning. Four times a year, I check timing on my timegrapher as well as perform a dry pressure check (if it fails it gets a wet leak detector test to narrow where the failure originates). I also wash (soap and toothbrush) all my watches before wearing them.

Use the very best Blinker Fluid you can find. Very hard stuff to find, yet well worth it :)

I just wind when need be and wear. I do occasionally take it to the rolex store I purchased the watch at, as they clean it for me when I browse the selection from time to time.

Is Brasso polish safe for Rolex SS?
