Beautiful. I generally like the 10 point (is that the right term?) diamond dials.

my vote is no for guys - white gold roman numerals instead; and yes for gals, but just the hour markers and not bezel and lugs for daily wear.

Diamonds aren't just a lady's bestfriend.

Of course, it doesn't hurt to wear them if you are trying to befriend a lady...

In certain lighting, at restaurants that are candle lit... this watch is even more stunning than usual. I love it... too much!

I can safely say I will never have diamond's on a watch but I can appreciate some that do have them. Diamonds on the dial can be a classy look but on the bezel it looks like a woman's watch to me. Although, his place has made me warm up to gold watches recently but I doubt I'll ever go that route.

I have no problem with diamonds at all. Everyone's watch is different and I appreciate it for what it is.

Diamonds are a lady's best friend, but not a man's. I tend to agree with that statement, but I also support the freedom to choose. If you like diamonds on your Rolex, and you are a guy, more power to you ! I wouldn't wear one though.

I wish I could change bezels myself...sometimes I get tired of the diamonds and want to put the original fluted bezel back on, but most days I'm happy with it. Same with the dial- sometimes I want to change back to the white Romans, but I love the MOP too much, even though the diamonds don't seem to be the highest grade

Diamonds not for me on a tool watch, but on a nice dress watch why not?

Matter of Taste

I for one like the "serti" dial. Rolex uses flawless diamonds on their serti dials. My taste for the dial does not extend to the bezels.

To each his own. Some people like to decorate their cars with bumper stickers, spoiler fins, double exhausts etc etc, others like to wear watches with diamonds. If they can afford it and it turns them on, then so be it.

I've never equated adding the diamonds to my Platinum DD as adding a bumper sticker to a car before now.

Black DateJusts with diamond hour markers are very sexy in my opinion.

A more appropriate analogy would be a regular Mercedes SL (non-diamond) as opposed to an a Black Label AMG SL(with diamonds)

A friend once told me that in his business (high end cars) Items such as Rolexes show a sign of success. He was on his third one a gold president and wanted one with diamonds.
