Man tough call. Both are beautiful watches. I was in the market for the bluesy VS the black TT sub and ended up going for the black TT for the following reason:

I just simply liked the contrast of the gold against the black as opposed to the gold VS blue. The blue is so bold and beautiful, that it almost overpowers the gold.

Perhaps it’s similar with the CHNR, where the gold blends in so nicely with the rest of the watch and provides a nice contrast with the black face.

Just my thoughts.

Both are beautiful watches and you can’t go wrong!

I’d go with the CHNR

First time posting and new here, but the bluesy is what turned me on to Rolex when I was 19 years old. Recently met some major milestones and was able to pick one up after many years. The color is amazing in the sunlight and very happy with the purchase.

All that to say this won't be the last and the CHNR will most likely be in the future if I ever come across one at an AD.
