x2. I'd be very interested to see the "before" photos and hear the details.

Either way, looks fabulous. Maybe too "new" for some vintage lovers, but I'd be happy to wear that. Congrats.

Thanks guys. Here's a before photo on top. It was in good shape before too, just not as good. I believe they laser weld some new material on the edges, then cut a new chamfer...

The lugs definitely look fatter now, which makes sense if the watchmaker added metal before recutting.

The debate is endless on this approach, originality vs. restoration. Not sure I would do it because I'm more old-school, but hard to argue with the results, based purely on looks.

Yep they did. The hands are pretty ragged, might need replacing at some point...
