It seems to me the boom bust cycle times have got shorter on some things.......oil went about 25 years at bust then the boom was over in about 5.
Everybody needs oil in some way.....nobody needs a Rolex. A 40k Rolex and a 20 dollar Casio both tell the same time....its going to be a buyers market for a long time IMHO

Honestly I’m not sure why so much hate. Sure some of their articles or videos are a bit “fluff” but come on … they’re still better than most IMHO.

Yeah. I don't live or die with any of them. Check them out occasionally, watch the interviews, and not really caring much about new watches lately anyways.

Some people get tooooo emotionally attached to this stuff.

Agreed, the cycle seems to now be ~7 years.
