You remind me of the panic in the US back in the early 60's!

More like the 50's when everybody was building bomb shelters in their backyards. "A prudent man foresees the difficulties ahead and prepares for them; the simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences".

True. It was during my parents generation that people were planning for this type of "situation". They had food stores and took the time to build a proper shelter. They had the knowledge since the government made sure it was available and the warning system was in place. People weren't considered crazy if they prepared back in the 50's, they were considered smart. I think that todays generation would be caught completely off their guard if something happened without warning. I have studied about how to prepare for this type of attack in some detail. I guess I figure it's the ultimate survival situation, ranked right up there with an astroid hit. I would like to study more and have tried to find material but its difficult to find. One of the only sources of information is a book which you can find in those links and can read for free online. I have problems with the pictures being displayed from this online version but the text is there. I want/need a hardcopy of this book anyway. Something to read when the lights go out, ya know?
Here is the link (which is part of the other links). http://www.ki4u.com/free_book/s73p904.htm |
