A Stainless Steel Fossil watch with a black face, at the time it was the best looking watch I saw. Four years later, I have a GMT II that looks just like it.

BTW, my first watch was a NOS Omega Constellation with a 561 mvt purchased in 1980 from a watchmaker with lots of old stock that never sold who only displayed digital quartz watches which everybody wanted except me. He thought I was a weirdo as I did not conform to the new fad. I still highly prize the Omega with original warranty and chronograph certificate!!! |

When I got my GMT IIc, I actually toyed with the idea of selling the Kirium since it will get significantly less wrist time.
However, after reading all the responses here, I think I will keep the Kirium for memory sake because most people regretted letting go of their first serious watch. |

I had a multi function Seiko sports quartz watch, then picked up an OSP, then got my first Rolex on my honeymoon. A coke GMT. Never looked back.

Rado, Bertolucci, IWC, Cartier, and Omega. Only one I wish I still had is the Omega.

A zenith 18k Dress watch. A beautiful piece inherited from my father which he inherited from my Grandfather.
Far too nice to wear as a daily. Far too precious to do anything to except occasionally take out and hold. It makes an outing on my wrist for very special occasions only. Hence, a sub on it's way into my life. |
