Does Rolex Datejust do this...
I have a very old ss datejust. I am not sure if the bezel is SS or white gold... but the color of the bezel is turning slightly yellowish... Does white gold bezel slowly turn yellowish thru time??
Or is that just ss being tarnished?? But i am pretty sure that when ss tarnish, it turns more dark grey.... |

It is my opinion that white gold does age a bit to a yellowish patina. I can definitely tell the difference between the white gold bezel vs. stainless case on my Turn-O -Graph.

Fluted = White gold
Coin edge like = Steel Smooth = Steel ...the white gold ones are known to collect a more yellow patina over time. Steel stay the same of course...
