Back to RSC NY..... OY VEY!!!

As you might recall I had a chrono reset issue not too long ago in which the solution was Rolex USA replacing my dial.

http://rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=93488

Now just a couple of months later, my chrono second hand resets closer to zero (which I promised myself not to be anal about) but now the left subdial hour marker is WAY off and not resetting to zero!

I have ran the chrono for some time and tried to reset it but I have no success in resetting to zero. If anyone has a Daytona, or has a photo the hour hand in the left subdial usually resets between the "1" and "2" perfectly, but mine resets exactly on the "1" and covers it. It is driving me crazy.

I personally spoke to the manager of the RSC in NY and he is allowing me to see him personally for the SECOND time in 3 months.

Now I will be watchless for the Holidays

Aiyya, maybe you should find an independent watchmaker who can get the job done faster!

Rather not, I dont want to pay out of pocket for a fix that can be easily done by one of the RSC's hand selected watchmakers

That would be great! And I would take the new white dial with Arabics!

Second time around in 3 months doesn't sound like its an easy fix for the RSC "hand selected watchmakers".

Rolex will do anything they can to fix an issue, replace parts and everything.. customer service is impressive. but they do make mistakes...

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I too have had some issues with one on my watches. I have sent it back several times. Don't know what to say except it could always be worse. Good luck
