Looks real.
The only way to check is to weigh it against the one at AD.
Some fakes are impossible to diagnose by just looking.

Do you know how old this watch might be? What about the buckle and strap?
I know some Panerai enthuseasts can spot fakes from a mile away)

Price on these is a little subjective. It is a T Dial, which is more desirable. It is really hard to tell here. Like Bill said, there are some scary good fakes out there. I'd go to p.com and get some good pics of people's known real 25 and scrutinize every detail. Pay attention to font, size of indicies, hands and crown guard.

When in doubt, you should really buy the seller and not the watch.

Does it have triple boxes and all matching numbers on said boxes?
Paperwork?

Yes, the watch comes complete per seller. I've already asked for the pictures of warr.card/COSC etc.
