Just got a 312, so I'm running through the 312 related threads. I've got to say that your cuffs have to be huge to get that 1950 case under them! I can't on any normal dress shirts that I wear daily. Maybe the next time I pull out a shirt with cuff links I can test it out (probably more room with those types of shirts).

I agree it struggles to fit under a shirt with buttoned single cuffs, however, is OK under double cuffs with cuff links. I was discussing this with a dealer and he mentioned that he has a client who has his shirts made with a 1" shorter sleeve on the left!

I wore mine recently to a charity event and it barely fit under my cuffs - but it did fit under my jacket sleeve.
