Mom's watch?

I'm down in sunny Naples Florida and my mom just handed me her old watch and asked me whether it was worth anything.

It is a 5003 serial number 724503 in 18k on a original bracelet. The dial is really nice and looks orignal, there is a little pitting on the sword hands but not much to speak of, they actually look gold. The watch has an engine turned bezel like you would find on an AirKing. Where the bracelet meets the case it is old style. The bracelet also opens up and you can adjust it in the clasp. The crown says Rolex and then under a center symbol it says Oyster.

Anyone know anything about old ladies gold watches? No box or papers.

Thanks All

You guys just want to see a pretty gold Rolex

Yes, I know ...I should post pictures but mom just has an old powershot and I'm not even sure if the pictures I would take could help.

Read my description and then close your eyes and that is exactly what it looks like

I've closed my eyes, and I keep dreaming of a Solid Gold Bark Day-Date instead (sorry):

Hey Ron, you are one wonderful member here on TRF. If I can find out anything about the watch you mentioned, I will be glad to tell you IMMEDIATELY! It's so nice to have you around, my friend!

How's that? I'll PM you my address so you can send the watch right on. OK?!?

BTW, being a tosser around here is a badge of honor!!!

I hope your dream comes true.... sooner, rather than later.

Barks need too, and I'm certain it would be well taken care of by you!
