Could someone please tell me what year the "A" series was produced? Considering purchasing one but am concerned about the age. Thanks

A is a 98-99 every letter is for 2 years... Like now the V is for 2009 and half of 2010.
So the A is for 98- 99 ... sometimes it could be dated 2000 or 2001 because it could've been in the showcase for few years before it sells...

It definetly ended in 2000 I bought my A Series Sub in Sept 2000. The SN is A943xxx and the clasp on the bracelet is AB2

its 98-99 a series... 97-98 is u series..
