Icon5 Cerachrom Bezel Question

I've searched but I still can't find an answer. How is the cerachrom bezel insert attached to the bezel? Has anybody tried to remove one for any reason and if so how does it reattach? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

From what I have read on the forums it is "pressed" into the bezel with significant force, which requires a special machine of sorts. This makes sense since the ceramic will have no flexibility what so ever. Definitely not like the old inserts which only require finger strength to remove and replace.
