That time of year again.....

So, last Thursday evening I drove home in the Z4, picked up the wife, and we took it for it's last spin of 2006. Went into town, grabbed some food, filled it with gas, and it now sits in the garage. It will be missed over the winter.

I was lucky enough to have a pretty warm last week of Novenber so had many trips home in the evening with the top down since it was around 8 to 12 C each night. Unfortunately the last day it was raining so no top down. Still have to give it a thorough cleaning inside and out, and then get it prepared for storage and covered.

Then in the spring, we will be reunited, and I will again have a smile on my face!

I keep telling you Al, ship it over here then it won't get all lonely and un-driven in your garage. It's currently sitting on 28degree days here....lovely Queensland sun

This!

Actually it's my wife's car and we share through the winter. It's a bit of a hassle sometimes, but most of the time it works out okay.

AL, I need to get a pic of my wife's Z3. No carport, but was under about 14 inches of snow on the weekend.
I kept the roof fairly clear, but at one point the snow on the hood & trunk was even with the roof line
