The South Carolina Cops are still investigating Andy Hayes. Anyone else deal with him

I read the amazing account of our favorite Minnesota ER doc's saga - resulting in the unprecedented return of his Sub and DJ, and asked for the email address of the investigating officer.

This guy tried an identical scam on me - but screwed up and listed the same item on Timezone under a 2nd name and 2nd email making me back off and demand "Patty Hearst" style hostage pictures (the watch in a chair holding today's newspaper) - after 20 emails and 2 phone calls POOF he was gone.

I believe this behaviour raises him from the "Oops I made one mistake" category to the level of habitual cyber criminal with a certainty to do this again...the act of creating a second persona to hide his identity, while he was scamming the doc,and listing the watch on another board while he was negotiating with me, clearly shows his intent to commit multiple acts of fraud.

Did anyone else contact him on either the Gold Sub or the Serti? (and do you still have any emails or PM's saved? I keep a copy of all my emails and PM's on all watch transactions in a saved file until I actually have the watch in my hand - no matter how silly that sounds)

I'm speaking with the officer Monday PM (I'm getting a colonoscopy on Monday morning - oh boy, oh boy see the best song ever by Robert Klein about this happy procedure here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYI2h...eature=related ) and will ask if he wants to hear from more potential victims of this guy. Maybe just this once one of these guys will actually be charged with a felony!
