But once an auction is taken down because you super sleuths let Ebay know they are fakes, what happens? Can they just sell it as a "Faux-Rolex" or what not? What I mean is, can they sell the watch if they post it as what it is, a fake??

No Ashley.... fakes are not permitted on eBay even if the seller discloses it is a 'fauk'.
Rolex has a trademark on their product and it can not be legally copied. ![]() 3 AM here.... good night. ![]() |
